DVD Release

L. Gustavo Cooper’s ‘The Devil Incarnate’ finally sees the light of distribution

While we could sit for hours and talk to our good buddy L. Gustavo Cooper about the path that his first full feature THE DEVIL INCARNATE or as we here at HMUNCUT know it COPIII THE 1ST ENTRY has taken but lets hold off on that for now. We are happy to hear that his film is seeing the light even if under a different title and more than ecstatic that this creepy looking feature will be out near the Halloween season.

Yes we first spoke of the film back last year under the original title. It has now been announced that RLJ/Image Entertainment will release the supernatural thriller on DVD Oct 7th. 2014. Cooper has an amazing eye and blew us away with his short film VELVET ROAD. We have been waiting a long time to see this captivating looking film.

The future looks bright for newlyweds Trevor and Holly, but their dreams are about to devolve into a nightmare of unspeakable terror.

On a random visit to a tarot reader, they encounter a mysterious old woman who tells them that Holly is pregnant. As the child grows within her, Holly begins to exhibit increasingly bizarre and violent behavior. Soon their joy is overshadowed by a mounting sense of dread that something sinister lurks within her womb. Desperate to save his wife and unborn child, Trevor searches for answers and discovers Holly may have fallen prey to an ancient curse spawned by an evil demon with an insatiable lust for blood.

The film stars Graci Carli and Rod Luzzi. Be on the look out for more as we get closer to the release of the film including a Q&A with L. Gustavo Cooper himself about this and his newest film JUNE.
