There is a mythical forest in Japan at the base of Mount Fuji named Aokigahara. The forest is infamous for being one of the top places for one to commit suicide. Sounds like the perfect setting for a horror film, eh? Well Gramercy Pictures looks to bring you to this macabre land in the latest film from Jason Zada THE FOREST. The film stars Natalie Dormer and Taylor Kinney and follows a woman looking for her twin sister who she believes has gone there to take her life.
