‘Clown’ in theaters this June



Ah yes the things we will do for our children. When a man puts a clown outfit that comes with some terrifying results he must find a way to preserve his sanity during an important moment in his child’s life. CLOWN comes from Dimension Films and Anchor Bay and produced by the master of horror himself Eli Roth. Look for the Jon Watts film on June 17th in theaters and on demand with more updates in the near future!

Dimension Films and Anchor Bay Entertainment will distribute CLOWN in theaters and On Demand on June 17, 2016. Directed by Jon Watts (Spider Man: Homecoming, Cop Car) and produced by Eli Roth (Knock Knock, Hotel Franchise), the film stars Peter Stormare (Fargo), Laura Allen (TV’s “All My Children,” “The 4400”) and Andy Powers (In Her Shoes).


CLOWN is a story of a loving father who dons a clown outfit and makeup to perform at his son’s sixth birthday, only to later discover that the costume – red nose and wig included– will not come off and his own personality changes in a horrific fashion. To break the curse of the evil outfit, the father must make grim choices with his own family facing danger. CLOWN was produced by Master of Terror Eli Roth (KNOCK KNOCK, HOSTEL franchise).


CLOWN is directed by Jon Watts and stars Peter Stormare, Laura Allen, Andy Powers and Elizabeth Whitmere.
