Pollyanna McIntosh and Robert Hall heads to TFW 2017



It was just announced that TWD’s Polly McIntosh and director/sfx guru Robert Hall are both headed to TFW. The premier festival is heading our way soon and this adds to the already monumental list of celebrities at the event. McIntosh is a genre starlet with her unforgettable roles in films like THE WOMAN and WHITE SETTLERS and more. Hall is a special effects genius and director of a few new cult favorites in FEAR CLINIC and the Laid 2 Rest series. TEXAS FRIGHTMARE WEEKEND welcomes them both and all the details on their appearance can be found below.

We’re excited to announce that a brand new cast member from The Walking Dead has been announced for TFW 2017.

Besides being the newest character on TWD, Pollyanna McIntosh is known for genre flicks like Offspring, The Woman, John Landis’s Burke and Hare, Tales of Halloween and Let Us Prey. She was also in the critically acclaimed tv show Hap and Leonard.

Pleased to welcome FX artist and director Robert Hall back to TFW! Robert is known for directing Lightning Bug, Laid to Rest, Fear Clinic and ChromeSkull : Laid To Rest 2.

His amazing FX work has been seen in Firefly, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles The Crazies and more! Robert Green Hall was also recently announced as the director of the upcoming Nail Gun Massacre remake produced by TFW founder Loyd Cryer.


Please join us in welcoming prolific filmmaker Charles Band back to Texas Frightmare Weekend this May 5-7! Charles will be screening a yet to be announced film and serving up free beer to all in attendance!  Band has been writing, producing and directing films in the horror, science fiction, fantasy and comedy genres since the 1970s both for other companies and with his own studios, Empire Pictures and Full Moon Features.
